Q:  What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
A:  All dogs, excluding aggressive breads, and cats. No exotic pets allowed.


Q:  How many pets may I have?
A:  2.


Q:  Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
A:  Yes, $250 - $350 deposit and $250 - $350 non-refundable fee, plus $10 per month pet rent.


Q:  Is my security deposit totally refundable?
A:  Less any damages.


Q:  If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
A:  Contact Property Manager.


Q:  What utilities are included in my lease?
A:  None.


Q:  How long is the term of the lease?
A:  6-18 months.


Q:  Do you accept leases for short terms?
A:  Contact Property.


Q:  If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

Q:  When is my rent payment due?
A:  On the 1st.


Q:  What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
A:  On the 4th.


Q:  Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
A:  Coming soon.


Q:  Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
A: Yes, in the rent drop box.


Q:  There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
A:  Contact Property Manager for approval.


Q:  Do you have reserved parking?
A:  Yes, garage and carport.


Q:  I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
A:  Open parking or carport.


Q:  My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
A:  Yes, they need to be listed as occupants on your lease.


Q:  Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
A:  Yes, however an additional deposit is required plus proof of renter's insurance.


Q:  Do you have cable services?
A:  All apartments are pre-wired for cable.


Q:  Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
A:  Yes, we will hold your packages in the office as a courtesy to you.
